Timothy Hrubetz
Attorney Timothy (Tim) Hrubetz began his legal career in the area of real estate and title examination. While assisting individuals with purchasing their first homes was rewarding in its own right, Tim sought to utilize his legal skills to more directly influence positive outcomes for clients in need of an empathetic and zealous advocate.
Tim is a big believer in the attorney’s role as a counselor just as much as a litigator. All legal clients, especially clients involved in emotionally charged litigation, require a deft hand at not simply telling them what they want to hear, but what they need to hear.
Tim is acutely aware of the pitfalls that many people experience when they feel scared, lost, or hurt during a legal proceeding. Despite these challenges, Tim prides himself on his capacity to steward clients through the most difficult challenges of their lives.
Tim grew up in the St. Cloud area, where he went to Sauk Rapids-Rice High School and attended St. Cloud State University for his undergraduate degree. Tim maintains his roots in this area and is intimately aware of the people and their values.
Tim shares his home with his wife and daughter. When Tim is not practicing law, he enjoys participating in or acting as commissioner of his fantasy sports leagues, gaming, watching anime, hitting the gym, or attending sporting events.
