Covid-19 Awareness
Toepfer at Law wants to assure all our clients and potential clients that we remain committed to providing all of our clients consistent and exceptional service while also keeping the health and welfare of our employees, clients, friends, and community partners as our top priority.
To that end, we know that a great deal of work will need to be done remotely in the coming days and weeks — Fortunately,
Toepfer at Law is already well established with the technology necessary for this to happen.
There will be no interruption in the ability to reach us by phone or email, nor any disruption to workflow.
For the foreseeable future, any meetings or conferences will be held either via remote video conference or phone call. This includes all consults, client meetings, and meetings with opposing counsel with the only exception being court hearings where we are mandated to appear.
Additionally, our attorneys and staff are also committing to attending marketing, continued education, and other non-client related meetings purely via remote means.
To be clear, we are not aware of anyone at Toepfer at Law, PLLC who has contracted COVID-19. Rather, we want to ensure the safety of our employees, clients, friends, and community.
Finally, it is worth noting that some community members are clearly at higher risk than others.

I will gladly put you in touch with the organizers of FACT (Feeding Area Children Together), St. Cloud Area Prepper Pals, and other community groups working to ensure people are fed and cared for while minimizing the spread and reach of COVID-19.
